The 2020 Trade Show will once again be held in the beautiful Emerald Ballroom at the Westin Resort and Spa Whistler.
How to register?
Complete the Pre-Registration Form and an RCBC staff will send you the access link for Exhibitor Registration. Upon pre-registration, exhibitors can select booth position
What are the Early Bird Registration Rates?
Exhibitor RCBC Member Rate - $950
Exhibitor Non-Member Rate - $1350
Additional booth staff can be registered at the early bird booth delegate rates starting at $645 for RCBC members and $795 non-members.
What is included in the Exhibitor Registration?
Trade show booths are available on a first-come, first-served basis. The Exhibitor registration includes 1 - 8 ft wide booth and 6 ft deep booth, 6 ft table, 2 chairs, and electrical power for the booth. The registration also includes registration for one delegate for all sessions, complimentary meals for June 11 & 12 and social events. Additional booth staff can be registered at the delegate rates.
Booth location is selected upon registration on first-come, first-served basis.

Additional booth staff delegate registrations are available for purchase. Booth Staff delegate registrations are full conference registrations and include all sessions, complimentary meals, and social events.
When is move in/move out for Exhibitors?
Move in will be on June 10 from 10:00am to 12:00pm. Move out will be on June 12 from 10:30am to 12:00pm. Additional audio/visual and or furniture requirements can be ordered through the event audio/visual and trade show providers.
The 2020 RCBC Exhibitor Kit is not yet available.

What is the refund policy on Trade Show Registrations?
Registration cancellations WILL NOT be accepted by phone. All cancellations MUST be in writing to RCBC. Payments will be refunded by cheque only. The following cancellation penalties will apply:
Prior to March 16: Full registration refunded less $50 administration charge
Between March 17-April 17: Full registration refunded less $100 administration charge
From April 18 on: No refunds given
