2019 General RCBC Conference Registration -
RCBC Member Rate - $695.00
Non-Member Rate - $845.00
Non-Profit RCBC Member Rates - $445.00
Member rates, including non-profit subsidy rates, are for active paid RCBC members only. In order to receive the member rate, 2019 memberships must be paid up by March 31, 2019. RCBC reserves the right to adjust your registration to the appropriate category, should you not qualify for member or non-profit subsidy rates or have not renewed your membership by March 31, 2019.
Refund Policy for Delegate Registrations
Registration cancellations WILL NOT be accepted by phone. All cancellations MUST be in writing to RCBC. Payments will be refunded by cheque only. The following cancellation penalties will apply:
Prior to March 1: full registration refunded less $50 administration charge
Between March 1 - 31: full registration refunded less $100 administration charge
From April 1: no refund given
How can I register?
All delegates must register through Eventbrite with the payment options via credit card only. Please contact us at email@example.com to pay by cheque or invoice.
What is the registration deadline?
Registration will be open up to May 8, 2019
What is included in the Delegate Registration?
The delegate registration also includes registration for one delegate for all sessions, complimentary meals including the Gala Dinner for May 9 and May 10 and social events. Meals are on your own for May 8. Single Day registration is available for each day includes all sessions and meals (if available).

Is my registration/ticket transferable?
Yes, you can re-assign the attendee registration by contacting us at email@example.com.
