The 2017 Trade Show will once again be held in the beautiful Emerald Ballroom at the Westin Resort and Spa Whistler. We will be featuring only 20 exclusive Exhibitors at this year's event.

Complete the Pre-Registration Form and an RCBC staff will send you the access link for Exhibitor Registration.
What are the Registration Rates?
Early Bird Exhibitor RCBC Member Rate - $885
Early Bird Exhibitor Non-Member Rate - $1200
Additional booth staff can be registered at the early bird delegate rates starting at $595 for RCBC members and $750 non-members until May 12,2017.
What is included in the Exhibitor Registration?
Trade show booths are available on a first-come, first-served basis. The Exhibitor registration includes 1 - 8 ft wide x 6 ft deep booth, 6 ft. table, 2 chairs, and electrical power for the booth. The registration also includes registration for one delegate for all sessions, complimentary meals for June 22 and 23, and social events. Additional booth staff can be registered at the delegate rates.
Booth location will be will be prioritized in the order of payment received. Please note that sponsors maybe given priority booth placements.
I would like to have additional booth staff for the Trade Show?
Additional booth staff delegate registrations are available for purchase. Booth Staff delegate registrations are full conference registrations and includes all sessions, complimentary meals, and social events.
When is move in/move out for Exhibitors?
Move in will be on June 21 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. / Move out will be on June 23 from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Additional audio/visual and or furniture requirements can be ordered through the event audio/visual and trade show providers.

What is the refund policy on Registrations?
Registration cancellations WILL NOT be accepted by phone. All cancellations MUST be in writing to RCBC. Payments will be refunded by cheque only. The following cancellation penalties will apply:
